Start with the water source
Prepare a recent feed-water analysis and identify whether the supply is municipal water, groundwater, surface water, or another source. Share any seasonal changes and existing treatment equipment with the supplier.
Define the required output
State the required treated-water flow, daily operating hours, and intended application. Specify the water quality your process requires and whether storage or a backup supply is needed.
Review the complete system
Ask the supplier to explain the proposed pretreatment, membrane configuration, cleaning arrangement, and monitoring instruments. Confirm the assumptions used for recovery and concentrate handling before comparing quotations.
Prepare for installation
Include available floor space, power supply, pipe connections, and maintenance access in your enquiry. A clear scope helps you compare what each supplier includes and what your site must provide.
